Green Futures Farms Canada

Green Futures Farms Canada is a Vertical Farming Business planning to create the world's first fully automated; freestanding, wall-based Hydroponic or Aeroponic system. The main objective of the project is to create a commercially viable self-sustaining Zero Carbon fully automatised Vertical Farm.

Traditional vertical farming is predominantly tray or tower based, requiring large amounts of space. Innovation leads to creation of a Freestanding wall (Vertical system) reducing running costs. The aim of the wall is to improve space efficiency as well as providing a greater growing area for the organic produce.

GFFC approach to the transformation of food production will be systematically in the Vertical Farming Industry as well as the Renewable Energy Aspect. GFB have been working on an open system currently featuring:

· Seeding

· Irrigation

· Lighting.

Our goal is to expand upon this system and add a detachable system that will be able to pick the finished product.

Currently there are no automated seeding and picking machines for tower-based systems, this is a market gap that GFFC is planning to break into. GFFC will be the first company in the world to undertake this task.
